1. Service Description

OuroApp is a personal asset management application (PWA and iOS) that helps users track properties, vehicles, tenants, expenses, loans and other assets. The service is provided as-is for personal and small-scale property management use.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile section.

3. User Data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into OuroApp. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

4. Generated Documents

Important: Contract templates generated by OuroApp (lease agreements, renewals, addenda) are auto-generated samples based on your app data. They do not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend having all generated documents reviewed by a qualified legal professional before signing or relying on them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

OuroApp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, financial decisions made based on app data, or reliance on generated documents.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
